The undergraduate Law course at Oxford University is called ‘Jurisprudence’, which signals its historically broader approach to include Law’s underlying philosophical principles. Unlike other universities, the final award is a BA (Bachelor of Arts) rather than an LLB (Bachelor of Laws).
