Lively discussion and debate were a core part of my young life with academic parents and a full home library. I set my sights on furthering my love of reading at university and, after I attained three A*s at A Level (English, Pscyhology, History), I went on to graduate from the University of Oxford with a BA in English Language and Literature (Double First). I decided to continue my studies at Oxford and subsequently achieved a Master of Studies (MSt) degree in English 1550-1770 (Distinction).
I began tutoring as a university student, which was my initiation into the world of online education. For instance, in my most recent position I worked as a Programme Manager (Head of Department) at an education technology company, where I coordinated online course development and LMS implementation for prestigious schools, higher education institutions, and corporate clients worldwide. I have worked in a variety of roles (EMEA Head of Delivery, Learning Technologist, Account Manager, and Tutor Manager) in the education sector over the last nine years. This work has greatly complemented my work as a tutor due to my professional experience creating online content which is underpinned by the latest learning methodologies.
In 2025, I completed a PGCert in Psychology of Education at UCL's prestigious Institute of Education. I attained a Distinction in this challenging MSc course, which has further enhanced my understanding of learning and development.
I am now working at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in their Executive Education department. I work on the B2B side - developing innovative residential and online programmes for FTSE 100 corporations. I continue to tutor part-time, as my love for teaching is evergreen!
